appraisal methodology, item condition, limiting and qualifying conditions,
appraiser’s certification and qualifications, item history

LONG DOES AN APPRAISAL USUALLY TAKE
Appraisers work at different speeds and will have
varying amounts of work they must complete before they begin working
on your appraisal. Before you obligate yourself, take the opportunity
to become fully informed of the cost, procedure, and completion
date.

under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice,
and have agreed to operate ethically and fairly under these standards,
when contacting you will discuss his or her credentials, the appraisal
fee, convenient scheduling, and answer any questions you might have.
We highly recommend you fully understand the total fee you are responsible
for before the appraisal begins.

MUCH DOES THE REFERRAL COST
There is no charge for the referral.

IF AFTER TALKING TO THE LOCAL APPRAISER I DECIDE NOT TO HAVE THE
APPRAISAL DONE
You are under no obligation to have an appraisal
performed.
HOW
LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE THE REFERRAL
We may receive the appraiser’s information
within the hour. Typically, you’ll receive the referral within
a day. However, on rare occasions it may take several days. There
are times when appraisers are out in the field and we are unable
to reach them to secure their interest.
